Terms and Conditions regarding Cancellation of a Booking.

In order to protect the finances of the college, it is necessary to introduce terms that are consistent with terms of cancellation imposed on the college by most providers of conference accommodation. Our policy is in line with that of the British Society of Dowsers. Cancellations will be dealt with as follows:  Cancellation made up to one month prior to the event:  90% refund.   Cancellation made one month prior to the event: 50% refund.  Cancellation made within one week of the event: no refund.
