SUGGESTION THERAPY Is used to produce a change in behaviour pattern, Such as nail biting, pre-test nerves, insomnia, confidence and relaxation. Suggestion therapy usually requires between 1 to 3 sessions of one hour duration. FEE: £50.00 per session. Your stop smoking session takes about an hour; the success rate is normally 95% first session, with 5% that may need a booster session that is FREE for up to 30 days after the first session. A free support Hypno-audio CD is given. This is a stress free way to give up. Fee 149.00, Why not come with your partner or friend and save £60.00 two people sharing a session costs £239.00. Requires 1 to 3 sessions of one hour duration. Most clients use the special 3 session program. FEE: £50.00, £95.00 and £130.00 for one, two or three sessions respectively. The stress management program consists of 4 sessions lasting from one hour to one and a half hours spaced over a maximum period of 6 weeks. This is a professional comprehensive stress management programme putting you back in control of your life. Support material given includes a hypno-relaxation CD. The benefits of this programme will start to take effect from the 1st sessionFEE: £200.00 (£50.00 per session) for the complete programme consisting of 4 sessions reduced to £180.00 if paid in advance.
