Come and join us in a caring safe environment to explore your past lives, to find out about who you really are. Exploring past lives may help you understand current emotional and psychological problems and develop a new sense of purpose making it much easier to resolve your current difficulties and relationships.  The sessions are run as a group sessions but you will receive personal attention if needed as we limit the number of people on each workshop to 12.

This will be an introductory workshop conducted in an informal and relaxed way designed to give you an introduction to past lives. Most of the time you will simply feel more relaxed. The aim is to give you some insights of a past life, this may feel like your imagination at times. You will NOT suddenly find your self in another body! 

The workshop is run  Paul Craddock DHP who has been in practice as a hypnotherapist for the past 10 years. Paul is a fully qualified, experienced and registered hypnotherapist who also specialises in past life research and regression. Paul normal practices from clinic where the workshop is held. 

We will be using light hypnosis and sound to create an altered state of consciousness very quickly and easily, this is a natural state which helps  the remembering process. You will simply just feel more relaxed.
